Tom Shorma has been the CEO/President of WCCO Belting, Inc. since 2002. WCCO, located in Wahpeton, North Dakota, is a privately owned manufacturer of agricultural and industrial rubber belting and conveyor products. During his tenure with WCCO, the company has more than quadrupled its revenues with more than 50% of its total corporate revenues generated from customers located outside of the U.S. As such, Governor John Hoeven named the company the 2003 North Dakota Exporter of the Year and in 2010 the President of the United States presented WCCO with the E-Award for their export growth. WCCO Belting is part of a group of companies founded and owned by the Shorma Family which has been in business for over 60 years.
Prior to joining WCCO, Mr. Shorma was Founder and President of TEAM Marketing, Inc. TEAM Marketing began in 1992 as a business consulting company, focused on sales and marketing for private and publicly traded businesses in a variety of industries throughout the U.S. Most recently, he has served in executive or board positions in several national, state and local organizations including The North Dakota Regional Workforce Training Council, The North Dakota District Export Council, The Skills & Technology Training Center/Fargo, The North Dakota Roundtable for Higher Education, The North Dakota State College of Science Foundation Board, ND EPSCoR, and The Valley Prosperity Partnership.
In 2007, Mr. Shorma was selected as one of only four board members out of more than 10,000 from the private sector to conduct performance evaluations at the Hoover Building in Washington, D.C. on the U. S. Commercial Service Senior Foreign Service Officers. He is an invested member in several angel funds. Some of his past private investments include ownerships in manufacturing companies, numerous REITs, and a number of private placements in oil and gas exploration companies and biomedical companies. Mr. Shorma is a graduate of the University of North Dakota and the North Dakota State College of Science.

Brad Williams has spent the past 25 years in senior management positions with a focus on strategic planning, management, resource allocation, and mergers and acquisitions. He has a significant portion of his personal assets in multi-family investment properties.
Mr. Williams was most recently a member of the LLC that has served as the Sterling Real Estate Trust Advisor since the inception of Sterling Properties as a real estate investment trust.He is a shareholder of Sterling and is recently retired from his position as the Managing Director and a member of the board of directors of Goldmark Property Management, Inc., the largest property management company for Sterling. Goldmark Property Management, Inc. currently manages over 12,000 apartment units and two million square feet of commercial space.
Prior to joining Goldmark, Mr. Williams was a principal and consultant with LBW Management, LLC.He has served in a variety of chief executive management positions such as Executive Vice President for Ottertail Corporation, President of Dakota Beverage Company, and Managing Director of multiple Pepsi Bottling operations in Europe.
Mr. Williams has served the community through such leadership positions as Chairman of the Board of the Fargo Cass County Economic Development Corporation, a member of the North Dakota Development Fund Board, president of the First Lutheran Church Council, and as the chairman of two boards for the Governor of the State on North Dakota (the Workforce Development Council and the Faith-Based and Community Initiatives Advisory Commission). He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from Friends University, Wichita, Kansas.
Greg Hammes is the Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel of Bell State Bank and Trust. Beginning in 1998, he was a shareholder at Vogel Law Firm/Gunhus Law Firm until joining State Bank in June of 2006. Prior to being a shareholder, Mr. Hammes served as associate attorney for Gunhus Law firm beginning in July of 1993. He was a senior accountant for Eide Bailly (formerly Eide Helmeke) from August 1992 until July 1993 and staff accountant between September 1988 and August 1989.
Since 2002, Mr. Hammes has served as a board member for The Children’s Village Foundation. He has served or still serves as a board member or chairman on numerous boards such as First Lutheran Church Foundation, Red River Valley Estate Planning Council, Fargo Marathon and The Village Family Service Center.
Mr. Hammes was a co-owner of Dick Beardsley Running Company from April 2007 until May 2010. While in private practice, he was involved in complex real estate transactions. He represented business owners in all phases of corporate law including formation, maintenance and dissolution. He also represented clients in the buying and selling of businesses and in the merging of business entities.
Since working at State Bank and Trust, Mr. Hammes has been involved in numerous legal issues pertaining to banking from the garnishment of bank accounts to large loan transactions.He holds a license to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota as well as his CPA certificate in both states.
Mr. Hammes is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the North Dakota and Minnesota Society of Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota in 1988 where he also earned his Juris Doctor in 1992.
Sam Coryell currently holds the positions of the President of Coryell Enterprises and Executive Director of TLC Property Management in Springfield, Missouri. TLC owns and manages over 4,700 apartments. The current total estimated value of their units under management is $350 million.
Mr. Coryell is also the managing member for eleven multifamily properties in and around Springfield, Missouri.He has been building, managing, and owning apartment units since 1994. He has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Missouri State University.
He is a member of the National Apartment Association and Springfield Apartment and Housing Association. Mr. Coryell was a part of the 911 Advisory Committee to the Governor of Missouri. He has served as an adviser, friend, and benefactor to many organizations in Springfield including the March of Dimes, the Price Cutter Charity Championship Golf Tournament Board of Directors, and the Ozarks Regional YMCA.
Lawrence R. O’Callaghan, (Larry) has been a Realtor with Pifer’s Auction & Realty since 2006. His work with agriculture and commercial real estate has facilitated his relationship with clients and their highly appreciated property; specifically, the use of tax-deferred exchanges in selling situations.
Mr. O’Callaghan’s 30 years of financial adviser experience includes time working at EF Hutton and AG Edwards. He also worked with Regional Investment firms, which allowed him to deal with local Private non-traded REITs and tax-deferred exchanges. He has attended multiple conferences and seminars focusing on REITs and has a significant portion of his personal assets in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
As an investment and securities adviser from 1983 to 2013, Larry has had a long association with REITs and has raised millions of dollars in investment capital for REITs since 1992. He was an original founding member of INREIT Real Estate Investment Trust, now doing business as Sterling Real Estate Trust and sat on the board of trustees from 2003 to 2013, serving as its Chairman of the Board in 2003 and also on the Governance and Nominating and the Disclosure Committees from 2010 to 2013. He brought on numerous investors with investment capital to INREIT during his tenure and their assets were near $400,000,000 at his retirement.
Mr. O’Callaghan was a licensed life and health insurance agent from 1974 till 2016. From 1979 to 1984, he was a co-owner of O.R.K., Inc., an insurance agency in Bismarck, North Dakota. Their agency was among the first in the USA to use new desktop technology creating point of sale illustrations for Universal Life Insurance proposals. Their unique software was marketed across the nation for several years. He received an Associate of Arts degree and a Certification in Computer Programming and System Analysis from Bismarck State College. He received certification as a Certified Senior Adviser (CSA) in 2001, and is currently inactive.
Eric Rowden is the President of Sunrise Communications Inc. and the CEO of Sunrise Media Partners LLC. He founded Sunrise Communications in 1998 and the Sunrise companies employ over 250 people in Springfield, MO. Sunrise Communications is heavily entrenched in the Telecommunications industry and currently has Master Partner agreements with ATT, Verizon, Centurylink, T Mobile, Time Warner Cable, and Spectrum.
Sunrise Media Partners performs marketing and recruitment services for over 400 colleges throughout the US. SMP owns several web properties and also has a contact center in Springfield. Sunrise has been nationally recognized by clients for outstanding sales and service achievement.
Mr. Rowden is also the managing member of Rowden Property Management LLC and RPM Group MO LLC. Mr. Rowden owns 160 residential rental properties, multiple mini storage facilities, and several commercial buildings.
Mr. Rowden was previously on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Eric was the co-founding chair of the Jingle Bell Bash, which was founded in 2010. The Jingle Bell Bash is JDRF’s annual gala and the event has raised nearly $800,000 since inception.
Robert Thibedeau is currently proprietor of Thibedeau & Company in Fargo, North Dakota. He is a Certified Public Accountant and served as Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer for Tele-Line Systems, Inc., Financial Planning Officer for First Interstate Bank of Fargo and as a tax partner for Bradley, Thibedeau and Thompson.
Bob is a veteran, serving as contracting officer, U.S. Army Aviation Systems Command where he negotiated and administered all Army contracts for overseas maintenance of Army aircraft and worldwide overhaul of Army aircraft.
Mr. Thibedeau received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University, Collegeville, Minnesota, majoring in Natural Science and minoring in Physics and Mathematics. He received his Master of Science degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Tax, Business Law, and Computer Science.
