Missouri Valley REIT, Inc. (MVREIT) is a private investment trust organized to provide a vehicle for individuals and partnerships to invest indirectly in real estate assets. Our business is focused on generating current income through the acquisition, ownership, and operation of multifamily housing properties in the Midwest with a concentration in the Missouri Valley States.
We intend to focus on acquisitions in midsize markets in the Missouri Valley States. We will generally seek to acquire well-located and well-constructed existing quality living facilities in stable communities within our target markets. Our strategy is to purchase assets in strong markets on favorable terms, including purchase prices based on solid cap rates and the use of conservative leverage and long term financing with competitive interest rates.
This strategy has led to consistent distributions over 24 consecutive quarters.
An experienced team of talented professionals are the key to our success. MVREIT's Board of Directors and the Advisor Board of Governors bring broad capabilities to MVREIT. Our leaders come from various vocations and bring perspectives in legal, public accounting, Trust, REIT, commercial property management, real estate brokerage, investment advisory, business ownership, marketing, and strategy.
MVREIT is headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, with an office in Fargo, North Dakota.
